VERY INFORMATIVE. SET ME UP WITH LASIK

I came to Dr. Rich’s office earlier this year (July) for a checkup. It had been nearly 5 years since my last eye exam and after a quick 45-minute visit I was fitted for new contacts and had a new prescription.

Dr. Rich was very informative and answered all of my questions (very politely). One thing that was a pleasant surprise was the thought I would be a candidate for Lasik as well. My last optometrist said I had too much of an astigmatism and could not get the procedure. Dr. Rich was able to set me up with an appointment at a center in Newport, which he also handles all the pre-op and post-op care.

I can’t recommend A.V. Eyes enough. Definitely a great business in this small community (he’s been here over 20 years) with a very helpful staff. When I ran out of contacts they were able to help me out with a short supply to tide me over (replacements were in the mail).
